"This is Churchill!! This gorgeous 13 yr old 15.2 hand tall Grullo gelding. If you are looking for a safe, reliable, and truly versatile gelding, look no further — Churchill is the one. He makes a statement of being safe and reliable. He is gentle, quiet, and dependable in every way, he is the type of horse that is hard to come by and even harder to let go of. Churchill has been ridden both English and Western, making him suitable for a wide variety of riders and disciplines. Whether you want to enjoy a relaxing trail ride or ride in the arena! He has the mindset to adapt to whatever you ask of him. Churchill has been roped on outside the arena, and handles the job with ease and willingness. He has worked pens at the sale barn and his easy side pass make him the perfect candidate for working and checking your cows out on the ranch! He’s soft and supple no matter what you are asking him to do! He is the same horse every time you saddle him. He rides off quietly, neck reins, and stays light in the bridle. He will walk, trot, and lope on a loose rein, and steps up willingly into a lope from a walk when asked without ever being hot or hard to handle. Out on the trails, he is steady and sure-footed. He crosses water, handles rough terrain, and doesn’t spook at the unexpected. Whether you ride alone or in a group, he stays calm, making him an ideal choice for anyone who values safety and confidence in their horse. He has the kind of mind and disposition that makes him suitable for any rider. Yes even first time riders. He is broke and responsive enough for an experienced hand to enjoy. He is a standout gelding you can trust. It’s hard to find one this BROKE, and GENTLE plus PRETTY!
Churchill is UTD on shots, worming, and farrier work. He is a super easy keeper. He is 100% in every way. Absolutely ready to go to his new home. We can and will help arrange affordable shipping anywhere. Call with anymore questions about him. "
