Onwards Grace O'Malley is one of our home raised horses that we got as a yearling. She is currently 6 this year. Gracie stands 15.2 with that great stout build of the Irish Sport horse having been sired by Cappa Irish Charmer out of a TB mare. Her registration with the IDHSNA has been sent in. We started her slow and didn't ride her until she was almost 4. This is her first season in the show ring and she is rocking it. She has the calmest and sweetest disposition and just wants to be good. She is brave to the fences every time and has never looked twice at one. Gracie is not spooky and behaves wherever we take her. She has done a little bit of everything as we believe in raising well rounded horses who have the training needed to excel at whatever sport their new owner takes them to. She has schooled cross country, see video here. https://youtu.be/QvHqZOi5X0w?si=r8IDM1bCu93NMNXI She spent a week at Rocky Mountain Show jumping in Calgary where we competed in the jumper ring in order to work on her lead changes with no "judgement". She nailed them and is now showing a great auto change. See show video here https://youtu.be/_CREgH06s38?si=8TrtTTR-nRYnOt-O Not only does she handle the show ring well but the hustle and bustle of show life doesn't even phase her. She walks right past crowds of people, horses, dogs, golf carts, bikes, scooters and the little dirt bikes. A few weeks prior to Calgary we showed her in the hunters at a local show where she also was a complete gem and never looked twice at the hunter fill. Although we did not have the auto changes yet here is her first show video. https://youtu.be/Aoi4d_KKn9k?si=BeXO-jPgNlcWdqe4 She handles new places like she has been there before and jumps right in the trailer like she has done it forever. This video is the first time she ever saw Working Equitation obstacles or ever opened a gate. She could also excel at this sport. https://youtu.be/faP5mDi6xW0?si=_A60yI8LK3PxPvBF She also is great on the trails. https://youtu.be/RLn1Fl-BPEc?si=HfPCUAHTxUYT7W1G She is incredibly versatile and will excel at anything but would be a great step up horse for a pony clubber, and she will excel in the hunter ring for a small adult ammy. Gracie is always easy to catch, loves attention, stands well for braiding and my farrier wishes all of my horses would stand for him like she does. Gracie will stay for sale in Montana until Dec. 9th and then she will join us for a winter in Wellington/Loxahatchee, FL. Currently located near Three Forks, MT. 5 figures, starting with a 2.
