At least that’s what he did for me! As a senior rider I am no longer able to give him the ride he deserves. He is definitely not ready for the pasture. Over the last three years he has consistently brought home the blues in Hunter under saddle, equitation, cross rails and 2’, He is a beautiful mover really turns it on at shows and never a rail down. Stormy is an 18 yr old, black bay, 15.3 , unraced thoroughbred. Good bone and feet, minimal maintenance. Good with the shoer, bathing, trailering and will meet you at the gate. He is pretty steady in his work ethic but would probably not be suitable for a beginner or school horse as he has his occasional thoroughbred days. His 72 yr old rider is still enjoys playing around in the arena but would like to see him in a program where he can continue to shine. He would be great for a strong beginner or intermediate rider looking for a handsome low level hunter. Good home a must. Possible lease considered.
