Django was owned by Ashley Wagstaff from January 2020 to September 2023. Ashley is a professional trainer and Certified Method Ambassador of Downunder Horsemanship founded by Clinton Anderson. Her approach emphasizes empowerment, confidence, and cultivating deep connections between horses and humans. She specializes in all-around training, ranch work, reining, trail riding and working cow horse. Django was started under saddle and in training with Ashley until the spring of 2024. Django has most recently been trail ridden but is able to go in so many directions. Given the long winter season and the fact that we are home builders and our busiest time is in the summer, we have not been able to ride him as much as we would like. He is a confident, physically capable horse who has been sound with no injuries. He trailers, stands for the farrier and has been shod on a regular basis. He is easy to saddle and well behaved. He shared a pasture with our mare and was the more dominant of the two. He is food motivated, but not aggressive toward people. My 2 year old grandsons can safely feed him treats. He is used to being around dogs and other horses and is not easily spooked. He would be an excellent horse for ranch work, reigning, cow horse and trail riding. *Video Available upon request*
