2024 black Oldenburg colt by Dheputy (Oldenburg), out of VA Cadencia (PRE). Ducati is an amazing upper level dressage and working equitation prospect. He is very intelligent, kind and willing. He loves to be handled and to learn new things. Super temperament on this colt. Ducati carries the coveted D and R dressage lines that mixed with the PRE bloodlines will make for a very trainable and athletic upper level dressage prospect who will also be your best friend. Expected to mature 16.2-16.3. Ducati is eligible for registration with the German Oldenburg Verband, Iberian Warmblood, and IALHA.
Dheputy is sired by Dauphin, a Donnerhall son who is published in the yearbook of the German FN with positive points for dressage, riding horse points, and foundation. Dheputy's dam is Elite Mare Rhussia, by Rotspon. She has already produced another stallion which was licensed by the AHS, Somer Hit, who has since gone on to be named National Champion FEI 6 year old in 2012, and who in 2014 was ranked 4th USDF Horse of the Year for Intermediate II. In 2015, he competed at Grand Prix successfully.
At Dressage Breed Shows in 2013, Dheputy was named Stallion Champion three times, Mature Horse Champion three times, Grand Champion once and Reserve Grand Champion twice. He was the USDF Horse of the Year for Stallions in 2013 with a score of 82.050%. He was named 2014 USDF Horse of the Year for Stallions for the second year in a row with a score of 80.750%.
VA Cadencia is a seven year old PRE mare who was ridden as a four and early five year old before being bred. She is very athletic, intelligent and kind, with incredible movement. She was approved for breeding with the German Oldenburg Verband into the main mare book with exceptional comments from the judges. Cadencia comes from multiple US and Canadian National Champion bloodlines including dressage suitability and conformation. She will now be returning to under saddle work until she is sold.
