AQHA reg. gelding with a great build and beautiful type with a wonderful disposition! This flashy fellow has been used for trail riding, helping break babies, ranch work, and is started jumping English and started in dressage as well. He would make an awesome hunter, or foxhunter or AA mount for someone looking for something athletic but quiet. He has a dreamy canter/lope! He is great on the trails and is not spooky. He has a 1-handed neck-rein and is ready to be finished your way if you want to make him up into a barrel horse and apply his western to a sport (we ride English so we haven't used his talents for western more than for fun). We've been riding him English and using on trails more lately, he does love western and he will frame right up, jog off slow, has a great lope, back up, picks up both leads, and he has been ridden by rider levels advanced beginner on up. Has never bucked or reared, etc., not cinchy or cold-backed in any way, will ride on the buckle with his head down. He is the same every day, no lunge needed, and he is OK to sit and then pull out and ride and he hasn't missed a beat. Very calm minded. He has been trailered off-property and is the same there as he is at home. He is well-mannered and nice to have around, easy keeper, not on any maintenance. Have yourself a nice versatile horse! No soundness issues and no vices. Good in turn out or in stall. Note on the pedigree- His sire is BOOGER STAR JAK; sire of LACK NACK (9th BRN4D Championship Finals Barrels Day 1 Open 5D), TRINKET MIGHT BLUE (BRN4D Championship Finals Barrels Sidepot Day 3 Adult 5D Champion), LOLETA STAR JAC (3rd SWWA Barrels Sidepot Day 2 Youth 4D) His dam is Coyotes Black Chick, dam of 5 foals, daughter of Coyote Colonel, AQHA Show H-0/P-0.5 NCHA $1,883.46 NCHA COA-Bronze NRCHA $7
