Hamilton is a 10 year old Percheron Gelding with a BIG personality. He has experience as a: historical reenacting horse (train robbing, Civil War and Wild West, photo shoots), Cheshire fox hunting-camp, leads trail rides with large groups, trail rides alone. He knows round pen and lunging exercises, leg yielding, WTC, intro level dressage, goes in a snaffle or curb bit and rides English or Western. He has done desensitizing/obstacle clinics and is very brave with new things. He is fine with cows but does not like Longhorns.
Good on the trailer for short or longer trips, good for the farrier and has good feet- goes barefoot, and has good ground manners. He is the boss in the pasture.
He has experience with gunfire, trains, cannons, bicycles of all sorts, camping on the picket line, and is good with the public- loves to be petted and is comfortable with baby carriages, balloons, wheel chairs etc.
As a 3-4 yo he was introduced to driving but has not been driven since then.
