Beautiful dark brown roan Mustang filly, approximately 14.2 hands and still growing. She’ll turn 3 in January 2026. She has a thick, flowing mane and tail and a lovely, athletic build that will really shine with more training and conditioning. She has a great temperament – smart, willing, and curious, with just the right touch of sass. She is: -Halter broke and easy to catch -Good for hoof trimming – lifts and holds all four feet politely -Well-started on groundwork: lunging, yielding to pressure, and walking calmly on a lead -Comfortable wearing a saddle and ready to move on to full riding training your way She’s the perfect age and mindset to finish as your trail horse, ranch partner, or all-around family mount. Roxanne will do best with: - A homeowner with a stable income who can provide consistent care. - Someone who can afford quality feed – she currently eats orchard grass, a bit of alfalfa, and the occasional treat. - Horse-zoned, safely fenced property where she can move around and stay secure. - A rider who is 175 lbs or less if they plan to ride her, as she is still growing and we want to protect her back and joints. - A patient person willing to give her 2–4 weeks to settle in and feel safe before asking much of her. - An athletic, experienced horse person who has owned, ridden, and preferably done some training before, and who will enjoy bringing along a young Mustang. Our priority is the right match so Roxanne can thrive in her forever home.
