April is owned by Olympic Peninsula Equine Network (OPEN) a non-profit rescue in Sequim, WA!
April is looking for her perfect match this Christmas ❤️ 🎄
April is a 16 year old papered Pinto mare standing approx 15.2hh.
April is sweet and personable and needs a person that will love on her and finish her training.
April lived with her sister in a pasture, unstarted, for the first 15 years of their life and is just now learning how to be a riding horse. Colton Crouch at Fox-Bell Farm has spent the last several months starting her under-saddle to help her find her perfect home. April has low miles and is a blank slate!
April is confident walking and trotting and can be finished any direction. She’s incredibly athletic!
Due to April’s sensitivity level and being green, we would like to see her go to an advanced rider or someone with a trainer to finish turning April into the amazing horse we know she is going to be!
