Miss Darby Freckles, aka Goldie. I have owned Goldie for about 6 years and have used as my guide horse, trail, and lower level eventing/dressage horse. She is a versatile horse but is most confident on the trail. I think she would also do well around cattle or a ranch type setting.

I have a 2 year old now and have realized balancing his schedule and trying to give Goldie time and exercise has been challenging and hasn’t been fair to Goldie. I would love to find her a place where she could get some exercise and attention.

Goldie stands at 14.3 hands but is built like a tank lol. She is low maintenance, no shoes, no grain just a ration balancer. Will do fine in a paddock, pasture type situation. I would say she is mid to higher peacking order depending on the dynamics.Goldie is an easy ride but does need a confident rider.
