Beautifully marked 14-15 year old 16.2 hand (mostly) black and white tobiano gelding Percheron x QH. Bastille is an easy keeper who stays out 24 x 7 with hay only and is barefoot with great feet. He is very quiet, well mannered and low on the totem pole. Easy to catch, stands like a rock to be saddled and mounted, is not barn sour and loves to go for long walk/trots alone or at the back of a group of horses. He is perfect for the vet and farrier, loads alone every time, stands quietly tied to the trailer or inside it, and when not ridden for extended periods of time can be jumped on and is the same steady eddie as always. He walks out at a lovely pace, you do not have to nag him to move out, and his trot is smooth. He has done several hunter paces and enjoys getting out cross country and is equally happy in the ring.
