"Frenchie" loves bareback strolls and casual trail rides. Do you like ground work and body work? Occasional rides? He's your guy! He has chronic stifle, hock and SI problems. It causes his back to be tight and his hind end to be stiff. He's had several minor injuries over the years plus some confirmation faults- built down hill and straight behind. He does well with a consistent stretching routine. Some days he's sound enough to W/T in the ring, occasionally canter but its not consistent. He's a typical TB, thin skinned and prone to ulcers. He does well when on a gastric and hindgut supplement and has ample turnout/access to hay. He is an opionated, large horse that requires an experienced horse person. Not for a competition home. He's calm to ride, not spooky and great if you are just wanting a casual partner to occasionally ride but enjoy regular body work and ground work. He's not a cuddly horse and doesn't enjoy being snuggled, but when you win him over its very rewarding.
