"Frenchie" loves bareback strolls, trail rides and ringwork when he's sound. He's had several minor injuries over the years plus some confirmation faults that cause him to be off/on lame. Mostly SI, stifle and hock issues causing hind end soreness and body discomfort. He does well with a consistent stretching routine. Some days he's sound enough to W/T in the ring, occasionally canter but its not consistent. He's prone to ulcers and requires GI supplements, does well when on supplement and has ample turnout or access to hay. He is an opionated, large horse that requires an experienced horse person. Not for a competition home. He's calm to ride, not spooky and great if you are just wanting a casual partner to occasionally ride but enjoy regular body work and ground work. He's not a cuddly horse and doesn't enjoy being touched, but when you win him over its very rewarding.
