Kelowna AK is a 2010 Pura Raza Española (PRE) mare, fully registered with ANCCE and also recorded with the International Andalusian and Lusitano Horse Association.
She is sired by Kianto and out of Alegria AK, with bloodlines tracing to respected traditional PRE lines including Genio III and Lebrijano XI.
Kelowna is a classic grey mare with substantial build, strong bone, and a kind, willing temperament. Bred by Jackass Andalusians, she has had one owner since age two and has been consistently well handled. She is currently being lightly ridden and remains sound for limited use. She was started under training by the world renowned Bettina Drummond.
Due to arthritis in her left front, she is no longer suitable for performance work and is best suited as a broodmare or companion.
With full ANCCE papers, UELN, and DNA verification, she represents an opportunity to add authentic Spanish PRE bloodlines to a breeding program.
