Pistol Pete is a ten year old bay gelding standing 14 hands. He’s sane, safe, and sound!
He is the definition of “puppy dog personality.” Pete always wants to be where you are! He is super easy to catch and loves attention!
He’s not fancy but is a fantastic trail horse. Crosses anything and just loves to be out. More whoa than go and willing to ride in front or behind. In his former life, he loved working with cows. He's been roped off of. He’s the same horse whether ridden daily or once a month.
No buck, rear, bite, or cribbing. He’s fine with dogs, lawn mowers, leaf blowers . . . I have small grandchildren who go get him out of the pasture. They ride a toy jeep around him, “sword fight” with pool noodles, yell, scream, run, and . . . well, you get the idea. He’s unfazed by it all.

He will occasionally pull back when tied. I've started tying him to some string on the fence and he's been fine.
Pete is a super cute, great little horse. If you have small children around, he is great with them (loves to come up to them in the pasture for a treat or a pet). If you want a fun little horse to go trail riding, he would be a great partner! Or if you are a youth looking for a starter cow horse, Pete could be a great match.
UTD on everything (teeth, Coggins, feet, . . .). Good home a must!
