Over the last 5 1/2 years, Violet has been ridden hunter-under-saddle. Violet has had some training in jumping up to 2'6", but has been doing smaller jumps lately. All three gates are very smooth. She is consistent about picking up her correct canter leads, but still needs work in flying lead changes. She is very willing to learn and picks up things pretty easily. She loves to make her rider happy! Even so, Violet does require an advanced/knowledgeable rider. She is not appropriate for children, beginners, or timid riders.
Violet is suitable for: Hunter-Jumpers, Show Jumping, Dressage, and Trail Riding.
She does have some social anxiety issues, especially in tacking up areas.
She does require Adequan for mild arthritis. Otherwise, she gets normal maintanence.
