This sweet and handsome buckskin gelding is looking for the perfect retirement, companion or therapy home. He needs maintenance if you are wanting to do some light riding (correct barefoot trim and Equioxx or similar per your farrier/vet). He is well trained but not a dead head by any means. No buck, rear, bite...but is a little watchy). If you plan on doing some riding, you'll need to know his limitations on when to quit. Even though he is a gaited breed, he does not gait. Sawyer is big but his needs and conformation won't allow a heavy rider. I have a veterinarian letter for anyone interested (he has a chronic lameness on his right front that is noticeable at the trot). He has registration papers but will include that info. for buyer only. References required (vet, farrier, etc.)
