Meet Bruno Mars! Bruno Mars is one fun gelding. used in my lesson program for over two years babysitting new riders over their first crossrail courses to enjoying the upper level riders over a novice course, Brunos been my go to trusty. This gelding is a blast to ride, though he has given overr two years of being one of the best lesson horses I've ever owned. Bruno has decided he really would much prefer to have a person of his own
I think Bruno Mars would excel with a amateur wanting a safe fun mount to move up the levels on and or ideally a PonyClub'er looking for a solid citizen.
Currently he is predominantly ridden by a nine year-old beginning novice rider and an upper level 17 year-old young rider.
Bruno has zero vices and even on days he's ridden after sitting and full of energy I would consider him a safe ride. No buck rear or bolt. very honest jumper no spook has his auto changes. has been around children running around climbing, and swinging from cross ties, huge dogs, little dogs, sheep, goats, deer, cows, and alpacas. Get along with everyone and can be in pasture or stall.. self loads and hauls quiet. has attended many small local schooling shows and Derby/jump clinics over the summer., camped overnight, has been on hundreds of trails and will walk out alone or in group, Hes crossed rivers/creeks swam in lakes, has been in parades with marching bands, is traffic safe, has walked under freeway overpasses into and through dark tunnels, you name it.
Bruno Mars lunges, can be ridden, bareback, English, or western even in a halter or Hackamore, Great feet, but i do currently have a full set of shoes on him as I prefer shoes when /showing/trail riding on a regular basis. He could go barefoot if prefered He is great for the Farrier & easy to body clip,
always been sound in the three years ive owned him Healthy and UTD w/ records. Easy keeper just an all-around great horse who is a lot of fun
I would love to hold on to Bruno, however he would prefer to no longer have multiple beginners
on him and would be happiest w/ 1 .
