Highly Recommended is her registered name we call her Jazz. She is a 5 year old Friesian Morgan cross standing at 14.3 hands tall with a very stout build to her. She is broke to both ride and drive! And she is safe both ways.
Jazz is very easy to get along with she’s great out on the trails will go anywhere you point her and she’s amazing to drive downtown. So for the driving part she is easy to hitch up she stands stock still for hitching, getting on/off the cart, and at the stop signs and stop lights downtown. She only walks on once you ask her to.
She is easy to control on the lines. Knows the words walk on, trot, easy, and whoa. Or just click or kiss for a trot. She backs up fine in the cart and can do a tight side pass in the shafts to make tight turns. She is fine with traffic. She has been downtown several times and through much busier traffic then you’ll see in her video. She is fine with big semi trucks, motorcycles, bikes, etc.
For riding she will go anywhere out on the trail. She is used to crossing creeks, bridges, and logs. She will go up or down steep banks and hills. She will separate away from the other horse or ride out alone. She is used to wildlife and doesn’t mind riding with a dog.
She has excellent ground manners. She is very good for the farrier. Easy to catch and is in the middle of the pecking order. She is an easy keeper so NO maintenance required. We have used her to give beginners lessons on. She is the type of horse that knows what kind of rider she has on her back. If you are more of a beginner she is going to try and go as slow as she can and walk as much as she can. But if you know what you are doing she picks up on that quickly and will take her cues for a trot or canter when asked.
She’s very safe in the harness to and would be a horse to give a beginner driver lessons with as she is very easy to control under harness. So I would almost say Jazz is more whoa than go, but she will move out when asked. I literally forget she’s only 5yrs old sometimes she acts like a teenager horse most of the time. And no unknowns with her we know her entire history she’s like a one owner car.
She comes up to date on her vaccines, dewormings, vet check, coggins, and farrier. Just call if interested two three one 670710 one
