Gunner Donut Again, or more affectionately, Oliver, is a 2022 Buckskin gelding. Standing just 14.2 hands and weighing approximately 950 lbs, Oliver is fun size and user friendly. He is an own son of Gunner Dunnit Again, who has earned over $100,000 in the NRHA and is still being shown. Other famous names on Oliver’s papers include; Hollywood Dunnit, the first NRHA Seven Million Dollar Sire and Colonels Smoking Gun, earner of $177,000 in the NRHA and is also recognized as a Thirteen Million Dollar Sire. You’ll also find the legend, Top Sail Whiz, in his pedigree.

Oliver is an irresistible little horse that is just as confident in the arena as he is in the river. He has an easy way of moving that any judge will appreciate and better than that, he FEELS good. Oliver is easy to sit down on and makes you want to ride all day!

If life gets in the way and Oliver gets a couple weeks off — don’t worry about it and leave the lunge line in the tack room. He is not cold backed at all and has no buck to him whatsoever. Just a nice long trot around a bit, and he is ready to focus and go back to work with you.

Oliver has his fundamentals in place. He takes his leads with ease and naturally wants to stop big. He is simple to side pass and has a great start to turning around. He is unperturbed by new places, traffic, or loud noises like announcers and crowds. He has been shown lightly in local ranch horse shows and he is comfortable around cattle, having been used as a turn back and herd holding horse. Oliver is a rock star over obstacles — ears up and let’s go adventurin’ is his style. He is both talented and trainable and that means the sky is the limit on what he can accomplish.
