Vex is a 6 yo, 15.1 hand, dark bay thoroughbred gelding on consignment. He is one of the best thoroughbreds I have personally worked with and he has never been raced. Vex is not currently registered but he can have hair strands sent in for registration - sired by War Front out of Vexed. He would make a great fox hunter, hunter jumper, hunter pleasure, western pleasure or trail ride companion. In the past he has been used for trail rides and arena riding, both English and western. He is young but would be suitable for any adult rider or confident younger rider. Stands for the farrier, ties, loads, and goes anywhere you point him. He does require 4 shoes on a 4-5 week farrier schedule and is sound with no prior health issues. Vex rides confidently solo on a trail, leads or follows and he is not buddy or barn sour. He has been around livestock, dogs, cats and loves attention. He will walk, trot and canter willingly in either direction and knows the cues for both leads. This boy is extremely smart and willing and has had a great foundation for training so he is ready to go any direction you want to take him.
