Duncan is that gelding everyone always wants. He’s broke broke with all the buttons. Uncomplicated to ride (if you know how to ride a horse of his caliber) and gives his all every ride.
No lunging required. He can sit for two weeks and ride off with zero funny business. He’s a fantastic western all around that shines in the pattern events.
Duncans major accolades include an NSBA Open world championship, NSBA non pro reserve world championship, top 10 Open and L2 amateur western pleasure, top 5 L2 Select western pleasure at AQHA world show, L1 reserve champion in 13& under western riding, top 5 in western pleasure, horsemanship and trail. And multiple top 15 & top 10 placings at AQHA Congress.
He has 120.5 youth AQHA points, 64 Ammy points and 48.5 open points.
He’s won over 15k in NSBA and AQHA.
Duncan has been a show horse his whole life and enjoys that lifestyle. He’s great at shows, settles in easily and isn’t reactive in new arenas.
He likes (and expects) his cushy stall. He’s fine in a run but doesn’t enjoy pasture turnout. Trailers great, but he cannot be loaded in the front stall, he doesn’t like a solid wall.
As any horse with his record and age, he does have some maintenance. Happy to discuss further and provide records to serious buyers! he’s flat shod up front, barefoot behind.
