DREAM kids pony for pony club or a Eventer/jumper!

*Please note, Kena is very forward, so she is not suitable for a rider who is not very confident*

Would love to find her a teen or adult, where she can be their main mount, so she has her own person. This girl is seasoned and can go to the show ring right now.
If the right home doesn’t present itself, she will remain part of our herd and be loved and cared for. Kena deserves to be someone’s one and only and get doted and loved on. She will give it her all for you every time. If you aren’t in the show pen, she loves to go on trail rides, go to the water, run around barrels, etc.

Putting feelers out for this special mare as I start to focus on other things. Kena is a super experienced, all-around horse with a strong background in English and some experience in Western. She’s confidently taken riders through jumpers, dressage, and cross country, and has also done some barrels and loads of trail riding. She has her lateral movements, back up, lead changes simple and flying, started on neck reining, and a solid wtc with a lots more fun buttons!

Kena is the kind of horse that can pack around a confident kid, but is still fun and responsive for more experienced riders. She’s been used in lessons with true beginners and has a great, steady mind—not much fazes her. But with that being said she has more go than woah. She isn’t dangerous but it can be intimidating to someone without guidance.

She stands 14.1 hands and stocky, turning 15 this year, and is happiest jumping around 2’9” and under (though she’s definitely capable of more). I’d love to see her go to a home where she can enjoy a more relaxed lifestyle while still being loved and ridden. I’m not saying this as no more competing or hard work I’m just saying she doesn’t need to be pushed to the max as it’s not fair to her. She’s won lots of shows and has extreme show experience and showing is her strong suit. She’s competitive and confident in herself and rarely ever knocks a rail. No lesson programs she needs her own forever person!

Price: High 4 figures (starting with a 9) — reflects her experience, versatility, and miles. (May partial trade or trade full for a registered AQHA thats green broke or broke). No leases or trials looking for a straight easy sale, open to come do test rides though! If not sold by the start of summer I’ll get her in shape and take her to a few shows and knock up the price a bit. Come get her while she’s at a lower price and ready to get in shape for the season!
