Black Beauty (or BB) is a sweet, in-your-pocket mare. Not easily spooked especially out on the trail. She’s an absolute doll and a quick learner that loves going new places. She was finished by a green fourteen year old so her cues can be a bit quirky but she definitely tries. I hate to sell her but she needs someone that can take her to new trails and spend time with her. She’s been pastured alone (or with cows) for quite a while and I think she may be getting lonely. She’s great with other horses and I’ve taken her to a couple local events with zero issues. She has no hesitation when it comes to new trails and that Rocky Mountain bloodline gives her amazing climbing ability and incredible endurance. The vet did her coggins in January and of course it came back negative, she also had her teeth floated so my girl is all set and ready. I would prefer her to have a more intermediate rider just because she can be a bit on the stubborn side. However she doesn’t buck, rear, or bite.
