Chinook is a great family safe horse, he has been sat on and ridden by little kids and family. He goes great being ridden bareback and under saddle, great with his feet, hobbles, tarps, umbrellas, stands tied, loads and hauls, and basically anything I could think to desensitize him to. He has been around dogs, cats, kids, cows, traffic, and other horses with no problems. You can take him out alone or with others, he will walk it the front middle or back with no problems. He is great on the ground and has very solid groundwork. He has done 7+ hour rides. Chinook will make an incredible kids and family horse or anything you would like to do with him.
