Sassy is an 18 year old grade quarter horse mare standing at 15.1hh and 1225lbs located in Amity, Oregon.
Sassy has a big motor and a bigger heart. She is a great trail horse, has packed meat out and been to the sisters rodeo. Sassy had five months of training on her and lightly started on barrels and poles. Not finished but has a great foundation. Sassy is a very in your pocket mare and wants to be somebody’s horse. She was a pasture pet prior to coming to us so she has had a later start in life. Our biggest gripe with Sassy is that she attaches herself to other horses and gets nervous when they’re taken from her.
Sassy is up to date on vaccines and farrier work. She does best with front shoes to help maintain the shape of her feet.
She has recurrent equine uvetitis which is undercontrol/managed. Blind in Right eye. Eye pressures last checked on 2/18/26. Sassy does need cyclosporine ophthalmic ointment daily in both eyes
Sassy sells grade but we do have parents linage.
