Stella is a gorgeous 8 year old buckskin Quarter Horse mare. She is 14.2 hh, has great feet and legs, and is a sweet mare to get on and go do adventures. Stella has a Natural Horsemanship training foundation, is accustomed to traffic, dogs, flags, tarps, tractors, cows, etc, and has many hours of Sensory Training.
In the arena, she has smooth gaits, quiet transitions, and canters with ease. She has been to gymkhana's team sortings, trail trials, and would be great as a Drill Team or Mounted Shooting, and/or 4H horse. She neck reins, direct reins, and rides English and Western. You can just hop on her bareback with a halter and ride all over.

Stella is a sweet mare that LOVES attention, is easy to catch, has excellent ground manners, stands quiet while tied, stands for mounting/dismounting, and overall, is a joy to be around and work with. On the trail, Stella goes out with a group or alone. She is sure-footed, has been on horse camping trips, high-line ties, is good about drinking when you come to to a creek, drinking on the road, and enjoys the outdoor riding. She has encountered deer, elk, quail and pheasant, coyote, and overall does very well in the mountains and tougher terrain. She has solid black feet and is excellent for the farrier. She loads and hauls great in any trailer and is good hauling with other horses.
Overall, Stella is a good-minded mare with a lot of love and ability to give to someone. She has been ridden by beginners and kids, trainers, and in between. She is forgiving for the beginner, responsive for the advanced rider, and has a willing attitude and quiet demeanor. If you are looking for a true all around mare to go do arena work, fun at a sorting, carry a flag and go to a trail trial one day and hit the hills or mountains the next- Stella is your girl.
She is sound, healthy, UTD on shots, deworming, teeth, and feet. She is in good shape and ready to hit the road.
