Truffle is a sale authority, 5y/o buckskin BLM mustang gelding from Centennial HMA. Truffle is great on the ground. He stands for tacking, grooming, bathing, braiding, vet work, and the farrier. He is easy to catch and is first to meet you at the gate. You can ride him up to the barn bareback and in a halter, or lead him from off of the gator. He self loads onto the trailer. He hard ties and stands in cross ties. He lunges w/t/c both directions. Truffle has had extensive liberty training, he does w/t/c circles at liberty to both directions and has a stop cue. He also knows how to lay down and sit up when cued. Undersaddle, Truffle is a smooth and uncomplicated ride. He rides english, western, bareback. He goes w/t/c both ways, turns on the forehand, turns on the haunches, shoulder-in, haunches-in, leg yield, neck reins, rein back, and has flying lead changes. He has gone cross country schooling and didn’t bat an eye at any of the jumps! Truffle is very traffic safe as we live in a neighborhood. He is unphased by cars/trucks, semis, motorcycles, bikes, kids on scooters, dogs barking and running at him, and people jogging up from behind. He has been exposed to all kinds of animals such as deer, turkeys, peacocks, cows, sheep/goats, pigs, and even a zebra! He crosses logs, water, ditches, and bridges. He is happy to lead in front while trail riding or hang out in the back. Truffle is up to date on all vet and farrier work.
