Honey is a coming 11yr old Shetland pony mare. Honey has been treated like the big horses her whole life and has none of the typical pony tendencies. She is happy to stand tied alone, ride out away from the group, and do just about anything you ask. She has never foundered or had any other medical issues. Her feet have always been maintained and she’s had her teeth done regularly.
Honey is cart broke and will pull all day happily. This is definitely one of her favorite activities. Honey had often been used to pull a cart out to check calving cows through the night.
Honey is also excellent under saddle and has seen many long days gathering cows, as well as brandings, play days, and bareback days at the lake. She is easy to catch, groom, saddle, trim, tie, load, and bathe.
