Lulu is a 6-year-old Registered European Brabant gelding standing 18+ hands tall. He is an impressively large, beautiful, healthy horse with excellent condition, a wonderful mind, and outstanding manners. We are his first and only owners, and he has been thoughtfully raised, well cared for, and developed with years of groundwork, exposure, and real-life experience. Pre-purchase exams are welcome at buyer’s expense.

Lulu is extremely people-oriented and affectionate — truly like a giant dog. He loves children, enjoys attention, always comes when called, and has a calm, confident, and sensible personality without being dull or lazy.

He has been hauled extensively to clinics, trails, parks, and public places and is very experienced, well-traveled, and desensitized. He handles loud noises, traffic, machinery, heavy equipment, clippers, bathing, grooming, sleds, and unfamiliar environments calmly and confidently. He is not spooky and adapts easily to new situations.

Lulu loads easily into trailers, travels quietly, and has experience with different hauling situations and equipment. He is extremely safe and well-trained for daily handling, trail riding, and general riding. He side-passes to mounting blocks, logs, benches, and other objects for easy mounting, lowers his head on cue, and has excellent ground manners. He stands quietly for the farrier and is trained to comfortably hold his legs on a hoof stand.

He has been ridden by both adults and children, including beginners and experienced riders. He is peaceful with other horses, non-aggressive, and easy to live with. He also had some introduction to driving and pulling, although additional training would be needed to continue him seriously in harness work.

Lulu has always received excellent nutrition and care and was never raised for resale. He is a very special horse looking for the right loving home where he will be appreciated, enjoyed, and treated like family.
