Shortstack is an approx 14yr old gelding who stands around 14.2 hands. He was previosly used by an older gentleman extensively on trails. He is broke to ride w/t/c but can be stickly moving from a trot to a canter. Shortstack leads, loads, ties, bathes, and hauls well. Shortstack is reccomended for an intermediate rider and above as he has been known to crow hop when left sitting for awhile. Shortstack is a horse that likes to have a regular and consistant job. He can be watchy under saddle with a timid rider and needs a soft confident person.
Shortstack has been exposed to most livestock and busy farm life. He would make an amazing using horse. Unknown if he is rope broke but it wouldnt take much to get him there if he isnt.
Shortstack is being listed on consignment but I have personally hauled him out to a busy arena and he rode around good even with lots of commotion and stood well when asked. Shortstack has had some time off recently and would need a solid tune up, for that reason we will be picky on who test rides him. He would make a wonderful all around gelding in the right hands.
