Timber is a 5 year old, 15.1 hand grullo gelding. We bought him as a 2 year old and started him that fall. He was easy to start and has remained easy to work with. We took him to Montana as a 3 year old and then again as a 4 year old.

Timber has many hours under the saddle in all types of terrain. We are trailriders and for his age, this horse has lots of hours on the trail. He will lead, follow, or ride out alone. He is always willing to go through creeks, rivers, mud, over logs, through the brush, or wherever you point him. He has been in some tough spots that many horses would have panicked in, but he handled it well.

He is super easy to be around. He has good feet and stands well for trimming and shoes. He loads well. He stands for the clippers, fly spray, and baths. He stands well for saddling and bridling as well as mounting and dismounting. He is an easy keeper. He has so many good qualities. He is smooth.
