Harlan is easy to live with and work around, he currently lives out but does great in the stall, he ties, bathes, stands to be mounted, good for the farrier and vet and loves all the attention and grooming he can get!
Harlan is UTD with everything including teeth and coggins, no vices and no maintenance, this guy is a very easy keeper, he is in front shoes but he has nice feet.
He was bought as a pleasure mount several years ago from the prestigious “Best Of The West Select Sale” where a small number of truly elite horses are showcased. The current owner has thoroughly enjoyed him over the past few years but has slowly aged out of riding and wants Harlan to continued to be enjoyed to the fullest as he still has so much left to give.
To say this is a nice horse, is an absolute understatement! This guy is phenomenal, he aims to please and is always responsive, he has a good stop, a good neck rein, is happy to walk the trails or work in the ring, he crosses water, is traffic and dog safe, he has worked cattle and he loads like a pro. This is the type of horse you can easily load up and go camping with one weekend and hit the show ring or work cattle the next. He has it all, good looks and a great brain, from pleasure to working, he is super versatile and as safe as they come.
