Eve is a 15hh 9yo Thoroughbred mare. She retired from racing without any injuries in 2022. All shots, deworming, and teeth are UTD. Fully papered. She does good barefoot and prefers a pasture or paddock over a stall.
She is not spooky at all, doesn’t bolt, buck, or rear. Would recommend an intermediate to advanced rider for her; a green rider would need supervision and instruction. She’s been ridden in arenas and on trails. She hauls great, she’s been all over the United States and doesn’t fuss about the trailer. She’ll give you all four feet and let you do what you need to grooming/tacking up, but she does move around when tied, she has a hard time standing still.
She’s a very sweet and kind horse, she doesn’t have the typical OTTB behavior. She’s mellow, willing, and brave. No biting or kicking.
She would make a good little project horse or a broodmare depending on what you want to do with her. She’s fine on trails, she’s fine in the arena, and she’s fine just roaming around in the pasture eating grass. She really is a good horse, I want her to have a good home.
