For your consideration.. You can take this horse in any direction! He is soft, quiet, and sound. Tuff has a great mind, lots of talent and ready to continue his career. Step off the trailer any where and just hop on and ride. We have been showing in the VRH all around shows with great success: ● AQHA NILE: VRH Rookie Amateur All Around High Point Champion ●AQHA All Breed: VRH Rookie Amateur All Around High Point Champion Hes got a great extended trot, a slow jog you can sip your wine too, a nice lope and a fast extended lope. A good stop and a decent spin. *I will not say he is finished in cow work. We unfortunately dont have very many opportunities to practice our cow work and alot of times our practice pen has been the show pen. However, he has never balked, has a great cow sense and really tracks his cow. I think with the right opportunity he will be a wonderful cow horse. Has no issues during his trail courses, can drag and swing a rope around him just fine! Not only has he been gaining show experience, but he has simultaneously been used as a beginner lesson horse in the Rocky Mountain College program. What makes him a great teaching horse is not only is he safe, but he also doesnt just give his students the answer. He will let them know when they've made a mistake and make them work to get the correct answer - which is the best way to learn! Not using their leg? Guess hes not trotting or keeping his lope. My 4yr old daughter even gets on and rides him around! Tuff stands great for the farrier and the vet. No issues in bathing or clipping and trailers great! No bite, buck or kick Gets along with other horses, can be turned out in the pasture with other horses as well. However, he is a dominant horse. Easy keeper, can live in a pasture or in a stall and is easy to catch.
