Gracie is the queen of versatility and loves adventure! Standing at just over 15.2 with IDNSHA papers, this mare has done it all. We have raised her since she was a yearling and is now 7. We have shown her in Montana, Wyoming, Florida and Canada. She loads and hauls like a dream and is BRAVE. She has been trail ridden with wildlife spanning turkeys and deer to peacocks and iguanas….not to mention the human forms in golf carts, e-bikes and dogs that wear clothes and ride in strollers. Nothing phases Gracie. She LOVES foxhunting… cold and sleeting sideways? She doesn’t care, it’s in her Irish genes. Water, mud, deadfall, wind…. Just a walk in the park. Her most favorite competitive game is trail obstacles. I’ve never met an obstacle that challenges her. From extreme to working eq she conquers them all. Need to carry a flag or drag something? Gracie will volunteer. She has a nice neck rein, side pass, stop, back, canter transitions, she’s capable of being fancy. Ranch pleasure classes would be fun with her. Where as Gracie is very, very well broke she doesn’t want to be a lesson instructor… ya know the rider that can rival air Jordan by how much daylight you can as they canter along? She’s not that horse, she wants a partner in crime to go have adventures with that appreciates what she knows and how to communicate it. She however, is willing to be your therapist as she loves cuddles, spa days, hugs and will listen to all of your deepest darkest secrets with no drama or judgement.
