Rory is 14.2hh German riding pony! She had a late start to life and started her training at the age of 7. I have trained her from barely halter broke to competing at schooling shows! Rory has a great personality and is very cuddly on the ground. She ties great, trailers perfectly and stands for farrier and grooming. Rory has a great brain and picks up new things very quick! She is always eager to learn and overcome obstacles.
Rory has been jumping 2’9-3ft at home and showing 2’6. She is bold and brave and will always get you to the other side of the fences. Rory is a very nice quality mover on the flat. She is willing to step up to a horse stride and come back to a pony stride whenever you need. Rory is not a packer yet but she has no quirks that make her dangerous! She has a more forward stride, but she responds great to half halts and lateral movement.
She has no previous injuries and is all caught up on farrier, vaccines and dental care. I would keep this mare forever if I could, however she was a project for me and I am looking for a horse to move up on. If you are looking for something with potential and to have fun on Rory is your girl!
