I am looking for a truly special home for my beautiful fully registered purebred Arabian mare. She is 16 years old, 15.3 hands, grey, and has the classic presence, intelligence, and sensitivity of the Arabian breed. She is a proven broodmare with an exceptional health history. She is fully vaccinated, has never colicked, and is up to date on veterinary care and farrier care. She is currently on natural feed and is not on any medication. She lives in a pasture environment with other mares and has a wonderful disposition. Due to a prior injury, she is no longer suitable to be ridden. She is being offered only as a companion horse or potential broodmare (has one amazing foal and was a fantastic mom). Her prior injury will be fully disclosed to serious, qualified homes. She would be best suited for a quiet, experienced horse home where she can be loved, well cared for, and valued for who she is. An ideal home would be a private ranch, pasture-based setting, ethical breeding program, or retirement-style home where she can safely live with other compatible horses. Rehoming fee: $1,000 to an approved home only. Fee may be negotiable for the perfect long-term home. The right home is far more important than price. This is not a first-come, first-served placement. I will be carefully screening for the right long-term home. References, veterinary/farrier information, and a safe facility are required. Transportation will need to be arranged by the approved home. She will not go to auction, resale, or any situation where her long-term safety is uncertain. A no-slaughter/no-auction agreement and right of first refusal will be required. Serious inquiries only. To be considered, please include the following in your inquiry: Your full name and location Your horse experience and current facility setup Whether she would live on pasture, in a stall, or both The number, age, and temperament of other horses on the property Your veterinarian and farrier references Your intended use for her as a companion or broodmare Whether you are open to a written rehoming agreement, including no auction, no slaughter, no resale without notice, and right of first refusal Confirmation that you understand she is not suitable to be ridden Inquiries that do not include this information may not receive a response.
