Jolene is a very cute 7 yr old, 13'2 red roan mare. We were told that she is a Missouri Fox Trotter cross, and while we have primarily used her for walk, trot, and canter, she does exhibit gaited movement.

We purchased Jolene for our adaptive riding program two years ago. Unfortunately, the environment we provide does not suit her needs. She would truly thrive in a home where she has one dedicated person handling her, as she prefers consistency and clear boundaries. Jolene has personality+ and is a brave, fun little mare who has been exposed to a lot of different things in our program, including balls, toys, musical instruments, and tarps. She is being ridden/worked with regularly.

We believe she would make an excellent trail mount for a small adult or a confident child. Jolene is up to date on vaccines, dental work, farrier (barefoot) and Coggins. We are looking for a great forever home for Jolene, and vet and farrier references will be required.
