Chili is going to be a great horse with a confident riding, who wants to spend a lot of time in the saddle. He has a lot of ground work and more then started under saddle. He's had Clinton Anderson style ground work done and just started working on showmanship. You can send him over jumps, barrels, we have a teater totter(he does it hesitantly). Under saddle he is very willing to go where you point him. On the trails he leads or follows, goes through water, over bridges, and been to lake Michigan and other trails in Michigan. In the arena he neck reins, sidepasses, backs, pivots, flexes both ways, collects at the walk/trot(just started working at the lope), he has so much try, gets the correct lead if set up properly, half passes, and be ready when you ask he his stop, he will stop on a dime. His cons will easily be fixed with lots of wet saddle pads. He wants to hold his head up when working in the arena if you let him. When I ride him ever day I don't lung him but he's young and isnt one you can let sit for a month and hope right on, he will just be nervous and butt scoots sometimes. But again if hes ridden frequently hes great. He needs more work with his hind end, hes never kicked anyone, and you can touch him all you want on or off the saddle, it is when something like a Latigo falls out of its keeper and flaps his back leg he shoots. But will recover, ive also never had anything on the trail(tall grass, sticks, water, etc) bother him. Hes very soft and forward, not great for a nervous rider. My plan was to sell him finished or pass him off to a 4Her, however getting pregnant changed things. Im going to keep riding him to keep him going till he sells. He deserves a great home, and it wont do him any good to sit for 6 or more months. Thanks for reading! Text me 989-304-0801
