This is a tough one, but with a baby on the way, it’s time to downsize.
Teddy is an almost 5-year-old, 14.1 HH pony with an exceptional brain and an even better personality. He has been started slowly and correctly, giving him a solid foundation for a successful future.
Ted is green and is successfully schooling crossrails and small verticals with simple changes. He is incredibly fun to ride, offering the perfect balance of whoa and go. He’s willing, sensible, and loves having a job. He would make a super fun project for an educated teen or small adult looking to bring along a quality young pony. Teddy does require his rider to have an educated seat/hands/leg and know how to keepma horse straight to get the best out of him.
Teddy has everything it takes to excel in the pony hunter ring. With his great brain, willing attitude, and correct start, he has a very bright future ahead.
On the ground, Teddy is as sweet as they come. He’s always the first to greet you at the gate, loves attention, and genuinely enjoys being around people. He absolutely adores kids, but because he’s still young and green not selling as a kids pony (one day he will love being a kids pony but he still has some life to live first!)
He has been off property for trails and lessons and done fantastic, loads and trailers great, up to date on shots/teeth etc. Super easy keeper, barefoot and doesn’t eat much to keep his shape!
