By Defiance, affectionately known as "Ace," has been carefully produced to the FEI level. Ace currently competes at the 2* level in Eventing and 3rd level Dressage. Ace confidently hacks out alone or with a group, trailers, clips, stands for vet and farrier, and is just an overall gem to be around. He will demand his treat tax when greeting anyone and enjoys face hugs. I hack him out alone bareback (his favorite post show recovery) and have stuck an old boyfriend on him who had never been around a horse before. Ace does light up and becomes laser focused at shows. At home he is more of a free spirit but still shows up to work each day. He does occasionally have a look if something suddenly changes but goes absolutely no where. No buck, rear, bolt, or the like either. This has been a hard decision to make but I feel Ace will be happiest to pack around a YR or AA with ambitions to get their first FEI runs under their belt. This is the type of horse I wished I had access to during my YR years as he has full capability to be on a winning team. He's reliable, consistent, and is an absolute machine for cross country. I have produced him since purchasing from a track in LA as a 2yr old and has zero injuries to date. Standard maintenance for a horse at this level and age.
