Holy Redeemer, affectionately known as "Reddie," is on the hunt for his next partner. Reddie has been produced in tandem by a YR and Professional. His current owner had gone to college with initial plans to bring him up to college with her following her freshman year. However, she has opted to quit horses and focus solely on her career and college path now that she is home for the summer. Reddie has had a slow and easy start to his post track riding career. His YR was not keen on showing so he has low miles and only a few shows over the last four years under his belt. His most recent (2023-2024) included a win on a sub 30 at Pine Top fall HT. Reddie is ready (lol) to be finished in whichever direction his next rider aspires for. He is fancy enough to do pure dressage and talented enough to continue eventing to the FEI levels. Few notable mentions: Reddie is a cribber and he as an old bow from the track. It is cold, set, and has had zero issues when jumping, training, etc. No maintenance at this time. Stands well for farrier, trailering, clipping, bathing, hacks out alone or with a group. He can have an attitude and listens to the reprimand to "fix his face." He loves his grooming time and often falls asleep during tack up/untack. Does require a light handed rider. He does not like heavy hands and will throw a crow hop if the rider pulls on his mouth for too long. Does take a joke when jumping but again likes an independent seat/hand.
