‘Switch’ is a 14yr old AQHA bay roan mare that stands at a stout 14.3h. She is about as sweet as they come, sound and BROKE. Give her time off, saddle up and lope off. She has primarily been used to rope but we feel she’d do better in a show or pleasure home and will not be selling her as a competitive rope horse. That being said, she’s got the looks, mind, tools and movement to make a great ranch riding, ranch trail or equitation type horse. Yes, you can absolutely still rope and drag a barrel/pole in a trail class. She trail rides, crosses water, goes over bridges, ect with ease; ponies, can be ponied off of, work colts and has been great for intermediate kids. She’s light in the bridle and quick on her feet, so only for beginners with experience supervision. I’ve taken her over a few jumps and think she’d make a great little hunter/jumper as well. Only reason for selling is that we have too many and she has been on the back burner. Ties, loads, unloads (forward or backward), bathes, clips, good for vets and is the best one we have for the farrier. Gets along with other horses or can be by herself. We have an arena and cattle to try her around. Asking $20,000 OBO. Good home is a must!
