Up for consideration 2021 Grade Dark Bay Gelding 16.2 Hand **Tall Dark and Handsome** Future All Arounder Show Pen Deluxe or kick in the 4 hoof drive and take him on trails History on Al Rescue as a yearling long story, but we do know his daddy is Chips Investedzipper Shown at local open shows as a yearling and 2-year-old. He was broke out as a 2-year-old but has been sitting on the back burning due to no fault of his. Put back into work for this show season and has been placing in halter, showmanship, and walk trot classes. Excels in the hunt seat classes! I just started his western jog and it is coming along beautifully. As for the canter or lope it is a work in progress. He is building muscle to hold a collected canter very nicely, but will need to be finished. Took him on couple trails off property too and he did great with riding in the wooded area with hills, ponds, and roads. Rode him down Hwy KR and in a mobile home park too. Stands for farrier, bathing, and clipping. Will stand tied to trailer all day!! Up to date on shots, coggins, farrier, and teeth. Even has been treated for ulcers with a 30 day treatment of Ulcergard. (was part of a study at Wisconsin Equine for ulcers) We have been working on putting weight and muscle on this guy since his treatment and has changed so much in the past couple months. Loads in a straight load trailer by himself!! Al has the puppy dog personality that just wants to be loved. He is looking for his next rider to love and cuddle with. My 5 year old daughter can walk him on the ground and ride him in the arena but not ready for the show ring for beginners yet. Al does have show anxiety with large amount of horses in the ring, so we have been working on that and in his last classes he had 18 horses in the ring and did fine.
