Meet Thunder!
Thunder is a 10 year old GRADE Morgan gelding, standing at 15 hands. He is broke to ride and drive but is a green bean both ways 🌱
Solid and respectful on the ground, stands for vet and farrier.
He was started driving when he was younger and continued driving until he came to our facility. He occasionally looks at objects on the road but traffic and big equipment dont bother him.
Under saddle he is very light in his aids, you dont have to ask much to get a whole lot of effort from this guy!
Stands for mounting. He has been trail ridden solo and with other horses. He does well solo. Has crossed creeks and logs willingly. In groups with other horses he can get spirited so he needs an experienced rider or trainer to finish him out. He is very manageable if/when he spooks, and he thinks about every new challenge presented to him. He is ridden weekly.
Sensitive but not fractious and willing to work, this guy is full of potential to go any direction! Take him in the english world and refine him, continue his education western or keep him as a trail horse and add miles! The possibilities are endless.
