She is such a sweet girl who is looking for her forever person. Jo is a 18 year old OTTB who stands approximately 16 hands. She was rescued from a difficult situation. Owners thought she would be a good fit for their 14 year old who was considering getting into hunter jumping. Instead she pivoted back to her western comfort zone, and decided she prefers a quarter horse. Jo is very smart and can go in any direction. She has been training with me for the last 90 days. She placed 2nd at her first show in Open Western Go As You Please. She has been introduced to Pole Bending, low jumps, lopes and the barrel pattern. Can be ridden bridless with no issues. However Jo is not for a beginner. She needs someone who is going to be consistent and not let her sit. She needs a confident adult or young rider. She side passes, yields to leg pressure, stops on a dime, rides next to traffic with no problem. Up to date on vaccines Stands for farrier (she is barefoot) Loads fine Stands tied Teeth Floated recently Current Coggins
