This a nice, foundation-bred gelding who not only is pretty but handy to ride. Lovely smooth gaits, neck rein, basic lateral movements, and goes well off seat cues. Nothing bothers him under saddle, and has been ridden on trails as well as roads. Very willing under saddle and with a little more work will make someone a really nice mount. He would do well at ranch riding, western dressage, and saddle club shows. He has been exposed to cattle, unsure if he has been roped on or carried a flag, but he would pick it up quickly. This gelding is fancy enough to hit the local show pen as well as do some work around the ranch. He does need work on the ground as he can be pushy, but once corrected settles down. He is safe under saddle for just about anyone but does require an intermediate handler on the ground. I do believe with some work and time, his around manners will improve. He meets you at the gate and wants to be in your pocket. Currently in front shoes with frog support because when I got him he needed good farrier work, no other maintenance.
