Selling "Dotty" at no fault of her own. Sometimes life just gets away from you, and this mare deserves to see some action. Dotty is an incredibly kind, smart, and curious horse. She has ridden both English and Western, but was primarily trained Western. She has built a strong foundation in reining, trails, liberty, dressage, and endurance, and is ready to be completed however you see fit. She is extroverted and loves both people and her own kind. On the ground she enjoys to be scratched and will dance with you at liberty. She can bow, rear (on command, not willy nilly), spin, and is desensitized to balls, tarps, noodles, flags, four wheelers, semis, dogs, deer, birds, and more. Under the saddle she is forward moving, especially at the walk. She is an excellent trail horse and is confident enough to be at the front and set the pace. Trots and lopes are very light to cue. She both neck and direct reins and takes the inside leg well. Spurs have never been used, nor a stronger bit than a snaffle. She is a very light riding horse with lots of try and heart. However, I do recommend an upper intermediate to advanced rider. Dotty will drive if you let her. Like most young mares, this tends to go away with age and miles. PPEs are welcomed at the buyer's expense. Price is negotiable for the right home. If outside of Wyoming, and I can get a Coggins easily. I have more photos and videos to share if interested. I believe she would be an excellent fit for someone looking to trail ride or rodeo. This horse picks up on patterns and cues very quickly, so further training in your discipline would not be an issue.
