I can’t say enough loving things about this big cuddly puppy dog personality. Ziggy is lightly started to produce quality flatwork, we haven’t jumped her yet as I’m just getting back into riding after having my own children so she hasn’t done much of anything over the last few years and spent much of the time as a pasture pet due to me being pregnant.
Extremely kind, social, non-mareish personality, she loves her people and enjoys having a job. She walks up to you in the paddock and enjoys being groomed and loved on. Easy keeper, front shoes only during summer and barefoot in winter, no maintenance and retired sound from racing with no injuries. Up to date on everything and microchipped, could excel in eventing, jumpers, dressage, the hunter ring or even trail ride (has done bridge, water, and ditches) or could be bred (with her conformation I could see her producing extremely nice babies)
Her ONE quirk is a trailering issue which I can discuss further with interested parties. She does load (will self load too) and ship, no problem. Price is a reflection of this one thing but I have another investment coming in so she needs a new home. She really is a joy to have around and easy to work with.
This is a great horse for someone on a budget, could be good for an intermediate teen or adult ammy with a trainer or a trainers project. Updated videos to come after this heat wave!
